★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito satisfeita com o meu primeiro pedido tanto com o design e qualidade das canecas e mouse pads como com o atendimento, mas nesse último pedido houve queda na qualidade do material e do atendimento. Não fiquei feliz com a solução final sobre os Mousepad. Decepcionada até. Espero que voltem ao padrão anterior, por isso estou reavaliando a nota.
 I was very pleased with my first order with both the design and quality of mugs and mouse pads and the service, but in this last order there was a drop in the quality of the material and service. I was not happy with the final solution on the Mousepads. Disappointed until. I hope you return to the previous pattern, so I am reevaluating the note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa responsável pelo atendimento via WhatsApp prestou um péssimo atendimento e ainda em descumprimento com as condutas dos órgãos defesa do consumidor. O atendente quis me repassar a desinformação de que pagamento em cartão de 1x não é considerado pagamento à vista, contando um valor diferente e mais elevado, alegando que o "Brasil inteiro vende errado". Além disso, ao final do antendimento me recusou o serviço, ferindo também o Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
The person responsible for the service via WhatsApp provided a terrible service and still not complying with the conduct of the consumer protection agencies. The attendant wanted to pass on to me the misinformation that payment by 1x card is not considered a cash payment, counting a different and higher amount, claiming that "the whole of Brazil sells wrong". In addition, at the end of the sale, I refused the service, also violating the Consumer Protection Code.

Atendente extremamente arrogante, se recusou a me informar diferentes valores por quantidade. Eu estava fazendo pesquisa de orçamento para projeto em parceria com a Secretaria de Cultura de Fortaleza. Perderam um cliente e muitos pedidos.
I called and had a bad service. I came to look at the comments here, and realized that I wasn't the only one. Extremely arrogant attendant, refused to inform me of different amounts by quantity. I was doing budget research for a project in partnership with the Secretariat of Culture of Fortaleza. They lost a customer and many orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Ruim não Péssimo, atendente mal educada. Gente se não quer trabalhar não vá, se ligamos e queremos informações, é justamente pra beneficiar a loja. Não aconselho ninguém a compra nisso aí, se desse pra printar na tela a forma com a atendente chamada " Thamires" se esse é realmente o nome dela. Foi grossa e muito mal educada. Perdeu uma cliente e não recomendarei de forma alguma pra NINGUÉM que eu conheço. Pra ser mal tratado por tais funcionários Deus me livre, só tente ver com seus funcionários quem realmente quer trabalhar, e da oportunidade realmente pra que quer.
Bad service not Bad, rude attendant. If you don't want to work, don't go, if we call and want information, it's just to benefit the store.
