★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido de um combo no dia 18/07 no valor de 45,99, pedi que as carnes dos lanches vinhesse bem passada, quando chegou na minha casa a carne veio mal passada os lanches horrível e a pizza queimada.. Mandei msg no IFOOD pra reclamar e não responderam ,mandei msg no WhatsApp e tbm não obtive nenhuma resposta ,eles visualizaram e não respondeu.. A própria empresa depois q mandei as msgs foi no IFOOD e colocou como pedido cancelado, como se eu tivesse cancelado. Só que eu não cancelei nada e nem tive o reembolso do valor.. Perdi meu dinheiro, e joguei todos os lanches no lixo pq não tinha como comer daquele jeito.. Minha nota pra vcs é zero.. Não indico vcs para ninguém. OBS:Foi minha primeira compra.
I ordered a combo on 7/18 worth 45.99, I asked that the meat in the snacks came well done, when it arrived at my house the meat came rare, the horrible snacks and the burnt pizza.. I sent msg no IFOOD to complain and did not respond, I sent a msg on WhatsApp and I also didn't get any response, they viewed it and did not reply. But I didn't cancel anything and didn't even get a refund.. I lost my money, and threw all the snacks in the trash because I couldn't eat like that.. My grade for you guys is zero.. I don't recommend you guys to anyone. NOTE: It was my first purchase.
