★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui verificar meu ar que não gelava e disseram que tinha que trocar o compressor. valor do serviço R$ 4500. Levei em outro lugar o problema era só trocar uma válvula acabei consertando tudo por R$ 800.
Foi a segunda vez que fizeram isto comigo. Por ser mais perto levei lá , e pela segunda vez disseram que tinha de trocar o compressor quando o problema era na valvula.
Recomendo o Adilson ar condicionado

I went to check my air that didn't freeze and they said I had to change the compressor. service value R$ 4500. I took it elsewhere the problem was just changing a valve, I ended up fixing everything for R$ 800.
It was the second time they did this to me. Because it was closer, I took it there, and for the second time they said I had to change the compressor when the problem was with the valve.

Após 60 dias parou de funcionar.
Voltei lá e o atendimento foi melhor ainda.
Conferiram todo o sistema elétrico , fora da garantia , e o sistema voltou a funcionar normalmente.
Também me orientação na substituição de alguns relês e fusível.
Vale destacar que estes serviços foram prestados sem nenhum custos.

O problema era de fato defeito no compressor e tinha um orçamento da concessionária que o próprio Rude me sugeriu seguir com eles. Pra mim foi muita honestidade da parte dele. Entendeu meu problema, me ajudou a achar uma solução e preferiu não mexer no meu carro pois o orçamento da concessionária era melhor. Se não fosse um cara honesto, feria me enrolado, mas ao contrário, cara super Profissional, competente e conhece demais de ar condicionado. Não arrisco levar meu carro em nenhum outro lugar. Ribeiro e Naldo são fantásticos também. Sem dúvida uma referência no mercado em que atuam, estão de parabéns!!!
I took my Ecosport that was having problems with the air conditioning compressor. My car is new and Rude even though the yard was full of cars gave me all the attention in the world. The problem was in fact a defective compressor and there was a budget from the dealership that Rude himself suggested I follow with them. For me it was very honest on his part. He understood my problem, helped me find a solution and chose not to touch my car because the dealership's budget was better. If I wasn't an honest guy, it would hurt me, but on the contrary, a super Professional guy, competent and knows a lot about air conditioning. I don't risk taking my car anywhere else. Ribeiro and Naldo are fantastic too. Without a doubt a reference in the market in which they operate, they are to be congratulated!!!
