★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Tinha um compromisso online de extrema importância e a net cai a cada 5 minutos. Além do mais, meu provedor local simplesmente "não pode atender" para poder me informar o que está ocorrendo. Sou de Campo Redondo e espero que melhore. Decepcionante e negligente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso falar por Lagoa Nova e aqui eu sempre recebi mais internet que o meu pacote de dados, por exemplo, eu pagava uma internet de 5 MB e recebia entre 6 e 7! Isso é muito diferente dos outros provedores. Ele também é bem estável, obviamente que em horário de pico ela reduz a velocidade, mas nada que possa comprometer atividades com fazer downloads de filmes ou ver vídeos em Full HD. O atendimento por parte da central de CN é ótimo e eficiente. Enfim, não trocaria a Star por outro provedor.
I can speak for Lagoa Nova and here I always received more internet than my data package, for example, I paid for a 5 MB internet and received between 6 and 7! This is very different from other providers. It is also very stable, obviously at peak times it slows down, but nothing that could compromise activities such as downloading movies or watching videos in Full HD. The service provided by the CN central is excellent and efficient. Anyway, I wouldn't trade Star for another provider.
