Dá pra treinar sem medo, pois os instrutores são bem profissionais e ajudam sempre!!
Gosto demais desse lugar! Moro longe, mas prefiro fazer meu treino na STAR, pela qualidade, pelos professores e pela estrutura ?
 Gym staff (teachers and reception) are excellent! It has a great structure, an uphill environment ⬆️⬆️.
You can train without fear, because the instructors are very professional and always help!!
I really like this place! I live far away, but I prefer to do my training at STAR, due to the quality, the teachers and the structure ?

Quando fui pra Star Fit, eu visitei e pesquisei todas as academias da região mas quando conheci vocês tenho que admitir que fora de clubes nunca havia conhecido um ambiente assim, eu visto com orgulho a camisa de vocês e indico a todos essa academia, foi assim inclusive que indiquei meus dois amigos Matheus (Hulk) e Vinicius Naoki, um deles já realizou a matrícula. Arde por dentro o meu retorno aos treinos e talvez você não se lembre mas eu passava 4h seguidas dentro da academia, treinava, comia, usava o banheiro, tomava banho e eu sempre senti muito orgulho e fico muito feliz em saber que tenho esse Paraíso tão próximo a minha humilde residência. Já houve dias de treinar em dois períodos e que lindo seria se minha realidade do portal (sim, eu acredito um portal nessa academia pois da porta pra dentro nada mais importa, apenas a superação e o bem estar, ali eu esqueço de tudo, não é a toa que até o meu celular fica na mochila o tempo todo) pra fora me permitisse fazer isso eternamente até o dia em que concluísse minha missão na Terra. Mas ainda não conquistei esse patamar, por enquanto, e nunca vou desistir de incluir os meus amigos (alunos/atletas) nesse ambiente magnífico e inacreditável que representa com heroísmo a EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA como, na minha leiga e simples visão, deveria ser feita, pensando no bem estar, saúde e qualidade de vida do próximo. Parabéns a todos vocês que soam a camisa nos bastidores e se sacrificam muito tornando essa realidade possível para os frequentadores. Desde ao cargo mais simples, ao diretor, enxergo que todos cumprem sua missão lá dentro com precisão e é por isso que a Star Fit é o que ela é! Mais que uma academia! Um Universo e referência a ser seguida nesse ramo! Muito obrigado, talvez vocês não tenham noção do quanto transformam as vidas e almas das pessoas ao redor!
Perdi 5 kgs em dois meses. Isso me ajudou com minha auto estima, meu bem estar, saúde mental, e elevou o meu desempenho no basquetebol meu primeiro esporte e amor maior. Isso não seria possível sem a Star Fit! Muito obrigado!

When I went to Star Fit, I visited and researched all the gyms in the region but when I met you I have to admit that outside clubs I had never known such an environment, I proudly wear your shirts and recommend this gym to everyone, that's how I even recommended my two friends Matheus (Hulk) and Vinicius Naoki, one of them already enrolled. My return to training burns inside and maybe you don't remember but I spent 4 hours straight in the gym, training, eating, using the bathroom, taking a shower and I've always been very proud and I'm very happy to know that I have this paradise so close to my humble abode. There have already been days of training in two periods and how beautiful it would be if my portal's reality (yes, I believe a portal in this academy because from the door in, nothing else matters, just overcoming it and well-being, there I forget everything, no no wonder even my cell phone stays in my backpack all the time) would allow me to do this forever until the day I completed my mission on Earth. But I haven't achieved this level yet, and I will never give up including my friends (students/athletes) in this magnificent and unbelievable environment that heroically represents PHYSICAL EDUCATION as, in my lay and simple view, it should be done, thinking in the well-being, health and quality of life of others. Congratulations to all of you who sound the shirt behind the scenes and sacrifice a lot making this reality possible for the regulars. From the simplest position, to the director, I see that everyone fulfills their mission inside with precision and that's why Star Fit is what it is! More than a gym! A Universe and reference to be followed in this branch! Thank you so much, maybe you are unaware of how much you transform the lives and souls of the people around you!
I lost 5 kg in two months. It helped me with my self-esteem, my well-being, mental health, and elevated my basketball performance, my first sport and greatest love. This would not be possible without Star Fit! Thank you very much!
