Muitas lojas grandes e até da internet simplesmente não conseguiriam me atender tão bem e com tanta agilidade, se é que me atenderiam! A vantagem de uma loja local é que com um tratamento personalizado vc tem uma verdadeira consultoria pra fazer a melhor compra, e não é apenas mais um login pra bater a meta.
Já comprei com eles 3 vezes, e voltaria a Comprar de olhos fechados!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tive uma boa experiência com a loja. Comprei dois jogos de colchão com box de casal. Quando foram entregar na minha casa, ela estava terminando de ser pintada, então deixamos os produtos na sala, não abrimos e nem montamos na hora. Quando os quartos estavam prontos, desembalamos e percebemos um rasgo na lateral de um dos box.
Ligamos e mandamos fotos no whatsapp da loja e o vendedor foi extremamente arrogante de mal educado, afirmando que nós que rasgamos o produto, não fazia sentido porque compramos e precisávamos usar a cama, como vou rasgar? Demorou cerca de 2 semanas para virem trocar depois de muita insistência nossa, e no lugar colocaram um box pior do que o estava sendo trocado. Ele fica rangendo quando se deita nele, mexemos nos pés para ver se resolvia e não resolveu, sem contar que veio manchado.
Quando compramos algo queremos zelar para que dure o maior tempo possível. Agora terei que comprar outro produto em outra loja.
Não recomendo a loja.
I didn't have a good experience with the store. I bought two sets of mattresses with a double box. When they went to deliver it to my house, it was just finishing being painted, so we left the products in the room, we didn't open it or set it up right away. When the rooms were ready, we unpacked and noticed a tear in the side of one of the shower stalls.
We called and sent photos on the store's whatsapp and the seller was extremely arrogant and rude, saying that we who tore the product, it didn't make sense because we bought it and we needed to use the bed, how am I going to tear it? It took about 2 weeks to come and change after much insistence on our part, and instead they put a box worse than what was being changed. It keeps creaking when he lies down on it, we move our feet to see if it would solve it and it didn't, not to mention that it came stained.
When we buy something, we want to make sure it lasts as long as possible. Now I will have to buy another product at another store.
I don't recommend the store.
