Starnet for me is the best Matipo I use since I started here in the city I was one of the first , sometimes I complain of some falls but I have never been without internet and the technical assistance is weak but very good speed is very good and it has served me very well for I gave it 5 stars and recommend it

Total descaso com os clientes, a internet cai constantemente, e quando precisamos de informações sobre o problema e soluções, somos encaminhados para um atendimento genérico via whatsapp, que não sabem nós explicar o motivo da falha, nem a previsão da solução, sem falar na demora pra ser atendido, não conseguimos falar com ninguém, nenhum responsável pela empresa que possa dar uma satisfação. Como foi falado , infelizmente cidade pequena , sem concorrência, nos que precisamos desse serviço pra trabalhar, temos que nos submeter a isso. TOTAL DESCASO!!!!!!
