Mal treinadas! Meninas coloquem um sorriso no rosto e teatem melhor seus clientes! Mas a culpa nem é delas, é do dono, q nem treinamento faz!!!!
 Bad service! Nen a little kind! They must work out of obligation and they must earn little! I'll never go back there! I needed collaboration and I didn't find it! Poorly trained! Girls put a smile on your face and better touch your customers! But it's not their fault, it's the owner, q doesn't even do training !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papelaria antiga na cidade, num ponto extremamente movimentado. Sou cliente há mais de 25 anos, quando era Papelaria Kondo, de uma senhora bastante carismática. A mudança de direção caiu um pouco em minha avaliação, mesmo assim é uma papelaria com farto material e os poucos funcionários se desdobram para atender todas as solicitações. Por ser num ponto de intenso movimento, inclusive para cópias, currículos, etc. necessitaria de mais funcionários para agilizar o atendimento aos clientes.
Old stationery in the city, in an extremely busy spot. I have been a client for over 25 years, when I was Kondo Stationery, of a very charismatic lady. The change of direction dropped a little in my assessment, even so it is a stationery store with ample material and the few employees do their utmost to meet all requests. For being at a point of intense movement, including for copies, resumes, etc. would need more employees to streamline customer service.
