Fiz o pedido pelo whatsapp. A Sueli é extremamente atenciosa e simpática e ajudou em tudo. O produto é de excelente qualidade e foi enviado muito rápido. Chegou muito bem embalado, com várias camadas de proteção. Ótimo preço, mesmo com o frete para o Rio. Recomendo muito!
I'm from rio de janeiro. I got to know Star Persianas through the indication on a youtube channel about smart home, in a video about smart curtain motors. I made the request by whatsapp. Sueli is extremely attentive and friendly and helped in everything. The product is of excellent quality and shipped very quickly. We arrived well packed, with several layers of protection. Great price, even with shipping to Rio. I highly recommend it!

A Sueli, que me atendeu, foi muito solícita. Em poucos dias marcamos a visita para ela ver a minha varanda. Ela trouxe uma pasta com muitas opções de cores e tecidos. Fechamos e, 15 dias depois, meu painel estava instalado. A instalação foi muito rápida e muito limpa. Recomendo.

Eu conheci a empresa através de um cliente que fez um vídeo e colocou no youtube falando de sua persiana e como a empresa o tratou muito bem e o produto era de qualidade.
Fui atendido pela Sueli, uma pessoa MUITO SIMPÁTICA, EDUCADA, CORTEZ E SOLÍCITA. Me atendeu super bem, me ajudou em todos os detalhes. Eu quis persiana automatizada e ela me ajudou com todos os detalhes, eu mesmo importei, pois comprar aqui no país é praticamente inviável financeiramente, e a Sueli me ajudou com tudo dizendo qual o tipo de motor que encaixaria na persiana. Ela me forneceu pedaços do tecido para eu verificar se combinaria com a decoração do ambiente, foi o melhor custo beneficio, produto de excelente qualidade, muito bonito. Produziu inacreditavelmente rápido e instalou em menos de 10 dias da compra efetivada. Deu um problema depois da instalação mas problemas acontecem e todos estão sujeitos a eles, mas eles novamente me trataram bem, vieram e consertaram o problema e ficou perfeita e silenciosa!!!

One of the best experiences I've ever had in my life with a company and look that I've been through a few good ones with companies and right now I'm going through another. But Star Persianas is different and makes us still have faith in Brazilian companies and in the country. I got to know the company through a customer who made a video and put it on youtube talking about his blind and how the company treated him very well and the product was quality.
I was attended by Sueli, a very friendly, polite, courteous and caring person. Served me very well, helped me in every detail. I wanted an automated shutter and it helped me with all the details, I imported it myself, because buying here in the country is practically unfeasible financially, and Sueli helped me with everything saying what type of engine would fit the shutter. She provided me with pieces of fabric for me to check if it would match the decor of the environment, it was the best cost-benefit, product of excellent quality, very beautiful. It produced incredibly fast and installed in less than 10 days of the actual purchase. There was a problem after the installation but problems happen and everyone is subject to them, but they again treated me well, came and fixed the problem and it was perfect and silent !!!
This is the difference of a company that respects you as you deserve to be respected, at this moment we see who the good companies are when something goes wrong and how they treat you and correct the problem.
STAR PERSIANAS is 350% RECOMMENDED !!! I wish there were more companies with seriousness, commitment, respect and products like this.
