★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estabelecimento nos atendeu bem, fomos apenas em duas ocasiões e seus preços estão compatíveis com os produtos e localidades o espaço também dispõe dos serviços de banho e tosa e um veterinário, mas nestes serviços não posso opinar, pois não fizemos uso, então apenas na loja cuja qual recomendo sem problemas e certamente quando for necessário e estiver em nossa rota voltaremos na Star Pet Santos na Ponta da Praia.
 The establishment served us well, we went only on two occasions and their prices are compatible with the products and locations the space also has bathing and grooming services and a veterinarian, but in these services I cannot give an opinion, as we did not use it, so only store whose I recommend without problems and certainly when necessary and on our route we will return at Star Pet Santos in Ponta da Praia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só entrei pra especula preço e atendimento.mas possível cliente claro..e logo vi umas simpátiad de pessoas me revpicionando tirou TDS minhas dúvidas . peguei número ou pedir pelo tefone não cobra taxa de entrega gostei preço melhor que paguei em outro de renome..super índico
I just went in to speculate on price and service.but a possible customer of course..and soon I saw a few sympathetic people revping me took away my doubts. I took the number or ask for the phone does not charge a delivery fee I liked the price better than I paid in another renowned one. Super Indian

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui buscar ( de máscara ) , o cachorro após banho e tosa e tinha 5 pessoas grudadas conversando próximo ao balcão 1 cliente e 4 funcionários. Nenhum funcionário usando máscara e o cliente com a máscara no queixo. Isso é muito desrespeito ao próximo/ao cliente, pois sabemos que o uso da Máscara protege muito mais o próximo do que a si mesmo. Chamei a atenção da atendente na frente de todos. Quando se escuta que já temos 2 mihões de mortes devido a Covid, porque as pessoas não acreditam na doença e que mata !!!
I went to fetch (with a mask), the dog after bathing and grooming and there were 5 people glued talking near the counter 1 customer and 4 employees. No employee wearing a mask and the customer with the mask on their chin. This is very disrespectful to the neighbor / customer, as we know that the use of the Mask protects the neighbor much more than it protects itself. I called the attendant's attention in front of everyone. When you hear that we already have 2 million deaths due to Covid, because people do not believe in the disease and it kills !!!

Isso porque meu cachorro já convulsionou antes com eles e eu havia pedido para terem um cuidado especial no banho, até porque ela já tem 13 anos! Agora eu entendo porque ele fica tão estressado neste Pet shop. Que absurdo! Não recomendo para ninguém!
They left my dog alone with the fan over his face to dry himself! This is because my dog has had a seizure before with them and I had asked them to take special care in the bath, because she is already 13 years old! Now I understand why he gets so stressed out in this Pet shop. How absurd! I don't recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu dog pela primeira vez lá. A sra tosadora foi de uma simpatia única e muito carinhosa com meu pet. Atendimento acolhedor. Além do que meu cachorro ficou cheirosissimo . Levei numa segunda é o atendimento foi super rápido , em 30 min no Max ele já estava pronto (somente banho). Preço justo. Recomendo. Irei leva-lo mais vezes lá.
I took my dog there for the first time. Mrs. groomer was unique and very affectionate with my pet. Welcoming service. Also, my dog smelled great. I took it on a Monday and the service was super fast, in 30 min on Max it was ready (bath only). Fair price. I recommend. I will take you there more often.
