★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produtos de boa qualidade, porém o atendimento é de péssima qualidade, aquele tipo de funcionário que se for pouco serviço não dá nem importância. As vendedoras lhe jogam de uma pra outra, demoram horas pra responder uma simples pergunta e quando você consegue completar o pedido já se passaram dias. Se você não tiver muita paciência e estiver com pressa no serviço não recomendo à ninguém.
 Good quality products, but the service is of poor quality, that type of employee who, if there is little service, does not even care. The salespeople throw you from one to the other, it takes hours to answer a simple question and when you manage to complete the order it has already been days. If you don't have a lot of patience and are in a hurry for the service, I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a empresa StarPrint para a confecção de adesivos (rótulos) para minha empresa, desde o primeiro contato tive problema em relação aos prazos de entrega, dizem que é de 8 a 10 dias uteis mas sempre existe um problema para atrasar o pedido, a ultima encomenda, por exemplo, realizei dia 08/12 e me disseram que só estaria pronto dia 01/01. Recomendo a empresa pela qualidade dos produtos, mas não recomendo se você tiver precisando do insumo com data marcada.
I contacted the company StarPrint to make stickers (labels) for my company, since the first contact I had a problem regarding delivery times, they say it is 8 to 10 working days but there is always a problem to delay the order , the last order, for example, I made on 08/12 and I was told it would only be ready on 01/01. I recommend the company for the quality of the products, but I do not recommend it if you need the input with a set date.
