★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na loja no dia 15/09 com meu marido e meu cunhado ! pois meu pai tinha comprado um carro na star e indicou nós para irmos lá, fomos super empolgados pois meu pai elogiou bastante chegando lá fomos super mal atendido por um cara que mal se quer deu atenção devida para nós :( falamos que queríamos fazer uma simulação com nossa documentação para ver o valor que ficaria o carro ! E ele disse que não iria aprovar logo de cara sem pegar nosso documento para ver se iria aprovar ou não ! Como ele sabia que não iria aprovar ? Sem se quer perguntar nosso nome !! Não estávamos muito bem vestido e achamos um descaso total! Fomos na agência do lado fomos super bem tratados e compramos nosso carro! Não estou generalizando todos foi apenas um ! Mais por conta de uma pessoa acaba estragando!
I went to the store on 15/09 with my husband and brother-in-law! because my father had bought a car at the star and indicated us to go there, we were super excited because my father praised a lot when we got there we were super poorly attended by a guy who barely paid any attention to us :( we said we wanted to do a simulation with our documentation to see the value of the car ! And he said he would not approve right away without taking our document to see if he would approve or not ! How did he know that he would not approve ? Without asking our name !! We weren't very well dressed and we were totally neglectful! We went to the agency next door, we were super well treated and we bought our car! I'm not generalizing it was just one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro neste lugar há um mês, até agora não tive problema, me permitiram levar ao meu mecânico de confiança, me ajudaram a dirigir, esclareceram todas as minhas dúvidas mostrando diretamente na fonte, sem segredos, resolveram todos os defeitos físicos do carro sem nenhuma cobrança avulsa... enfim fui muito bem tendia e estou muito feliz com meu carro, me entregaram muita confiança do começo ao fim. Recomendo a visita pra quem procura um bom carro usado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando avaliam o seu carro, desvalorizam "comum" em qualquer agencia, jogaram o valor do meu veículo lá em baixo, colocaram um tal de tião avaliador, que me disse que o meu carro tinha sido batido e que precisariam desvalorizar "de graça", devido a transparência com o futuro comprador.. O que eu peguei na troca, fiquei sabendo que teve uma batida de leve na traseira e o tião avaliador não me informou.. Sem contar que quando comprei o carro, não me falaram que o marcador de combustível estava funcionando, enchi o tanque e não saia da reserva. Questionei o vendedor e sempre a mesma desculpa, não comunicou o antigo dono, para me ressarcir, que foi mais de 600 reais de reparo por um profissional, e não na mão do tião, toda vez que cobrava, me dizia que iria solicitar a peça, achei injusto da parte dele de não cobrar do antigo proprietário, agora quando chega as multas do meu antigo carro, me acionam de tudo que é lugar.... "venha a nós e ao vosso reino, nada"
