★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were out of cold brew BUT they had WiFi that didn’t require a code from the receipt to access (like most Starbucks in São Paulo). Useful if you want to connect multiple devices, bought your friend a drink, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outsode seating area is badly maintained. Yet a nice place to hang out. Expect street children to come and try to sell you things.....self service as usual. Inside is airconditioned and well maintained. Usually seating is available and not crowded. Standard menu as seen on their website. Some security would have helped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place like any Starbucks here in São Paulo.
The menu is the same of others and price too, it's a really big place so depending on the weather you can either stay in or out for they have chairs and tables outside the building too.
The staff should be a little more polite when talking to clients, they often seem really pissed off to be serving clients. The hygiene is something they should worry a little more about. The second floor seems neglected. It's too near a high school and kids flood they place sometimes...
