As pessoas que vão ler e ja frequentaram o lugar vão saber, pense em uma mulher mal educada, se depender de mim não volto nunca mais nessa Starbucks Santos Dumont, se não quer trabalhar, tem gente que quer, essa reclamação é diretamente a ela, ruiva bem baixa, super mal educada, nunca mais volto nessa loja por causa DELA.
There is an employee at Santos Dumont (redhead, very short). People who are going to read and have been there will know, think of a rude woman, if it's up to me I'll never come back to this Starbucks Santos Dumont, if you don't want to work, there are people who do, this complaint is directly to her, very short redhead, super rude, I never go back to this store because of HER.

Como tinha pouco tempo para o vôo, não voltei para reclamar
On 24/04 we had filtered coffee and ate cheese bread. The cheese breads were delicious but the coffee was very cold. Disappointed.
As I had little time for the flight, I didn't come back to complain.

Bom lugar para tomar um café, comer um lanche e passar o tempo enquanto espera o embarque ser liberado. Ou tomar um frapuccino na chegada ao RJ.

Good place to have a coffee, have a snack and spend time while waiting for the boarding to be released. Or have a frapuccino on arrival in RJ.

O local é bem movimentado em determinados horários, porém o atendimento é breve. Sempre me trataram bem, não há o que reclamar. Agora o que não recomendo é a opção do café coado. Parece um chá. Por várias vezes pedi essa opção na expectativa de vir um pouco mais forte. Nada. Antes era mais concentrado. Agora parece um "chafé". Acredito que é necessário rever o que tem ocorrido nesse preparo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é maneiro. Bonito. Atendentes tbm. Mas assim o custo benefício não valeu para mim. Acho essa rede super estimada. O muffin de chocolate é servido gelado. O capuccino não é nada de especial. Já em outras cafeterias eu pego uma bebida muito saborosa. Depois q andei pelo aeroporto e vi o tanto de cafeteria me arrependi de ter gastado 50 reais aqui.

Frapuccino é muito bom, os donuts maravilhosos, mas o tal do "cold brew" bagulho ruim mano. Sem contar que tem mais gelo que a própria bebida.
Nothing too out of the Starbucks standard. Staff treated me well and were super friendly.
Frapuccino is very good, the donuts are wonderful, but the "cold brew" thing is bad bro. Not to mention that it has more ice than the drink itself.
