★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei um computador que estava com defeito, sem ligar, ficou uma semana na mão dos técnicos, que não respondiam e não atendiam os telefonemas, foi dado o valor do orçamento de R$350,00 para o conserto da minha máquina, no entanto já extremamente insatisfeito com o mau atendimento e falta de educação dos funcionários decidi retirar sem realizar o reparo.
Quando chego em casa, percebo que a máquina ligava em outro cômodo e não havia problemas, mas mesmo assim foi dado um orçamento no valor de R$350,00. UM ABSURDO! Jamais confiem nos profissionais dessa empresa.
I took a computer that was defective, without turning it on, it was in the hands of the technicians for a week, who did not answer and did not answer the phone calls, the budget amount of BRL 350.00 was given for the repair of my machine, however it was already extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and lack of education of employees, I decided to withdraw without carrying out the repair.
When I get home, I realize that the machine turned on in another room and there were no problems, but even so I was given a budget in the amount of R$350.00. AN ABSURD! Never trust the professionals of this company.
