★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionado tanto com o aparelho( me venderam como de primeira linha = $$$$$) como o atendimento, já trocamos o aparelho por apresentar problema, e agora de novo foi enviado a empresa em Campinas no dia 17 de setembro pp e até agora- 24 de outubro ainda não me devolveram. acredito que esta "empresa" não está condições operar neste mercado( que é de saúde) e seus aparelhos não são os benefícios pregados por aqueles que nos vendem. Hoje fazem 37 dias e espero quando receber estejam melhores que um simples fone de ouvido.
I am disappointed both with the device (they sold me as first-rate = $$$$$) and the service, we have already exchanged the device for a problem, and now the company was sent back to Campinas on September 17th pp and until Now- October 24th, they still haven't returned it to me. I believe that this "company" is not able to operate in this market (which is healthcare) and its devices are not the benefits preached by those who sell to us. Today it's 37 days and I hope when they receive they are better than a simple headset.
