★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendente super atenciosa, eu não estava gostando de nada e ela abriu meus olhos para varias opções me senti bem atendida, a loja é grande com variedade imensa de opções, mas a conservação das roupas não é das melhores, ficam todas expostas ao tempo, sem um plástico para proteção, o local não é atrativo parece bazar de garagem com roupas velhas a R$10,00 a peça, mas nesse você aluga por +/- R$200,00.
Aluguei 2 fantasias bem caras por sinal, a atendente disse que iria para a lavagem e reparo se necessário, então eu teria que voltar no dia anterior a festa para retirar. Fui retirar as peças a noite, só conferi a quantidade e chegando em casa veio a decepção, a proteção de tecido cheia de pelos de gato/cachorro, as blusas super amareladas, manchadas de sujeira e o colarinho mal lavado (detalhe a atendente disse que uma das blusas era nova), a bota que diziam estar engraxada, a graxa passou longe.
Sorte a minha que trabalho em casa e consegui deixar tudo de molho para lavar a mão, corri durante meu almoço pra comprar Vanish e tentar melhorar as roupas para que eu conseguisse ir na festa a noite, a agua das roupas ficou tão suja, nitidamente não havia sido lavado, me decepcionei muito, economizei R$150 alugando lá, ao invés de outra loja que fui e as roupas que provei todas estavam limpas e cheirando a amaciante e eu poderia pegar no mesmo dia, eles apenas higienizavam na maquina por alguns minutos antes, me arrependi amargamente pela escolha. No dia de devolver indo para a loja tive o azar de quebrar a espada de plástico e me cobraram R$30,00.
No meu caso o "barato" saiu muito caro, meu psicológico no dia ficou super abalado e não tinha como ir atrás de outra roupa. Não recomendo!
The super attentive attendant, I was not enjoying anything and she opened my eyes to several options, I felt well attended, the store is large with a huge variety of options, but the conservation of the clothes is not the best, they are all exposed to the weather, without plastic for protection, the place is not attractive, it looks like a garage sale with old clothes for R$10.00 a piece, but this one you rent for +/- R$200.00.
I rented 2 very expensive costumes by the way, the attendant said she would go for washing and repair if necessary, so I would have to come back the day before the party to remove. I went to remove the pieces at night, I only checked the quantity and when I got home I was disappointed, the fabric cover full of cat/dog hair, the super yellowed blouses, stained with dirt and the collar poorly washed (detail the attendant said that one of the blouses was new), the boot said to be shined, the grease went far away.
Lucky for me I work at home and I managed to soak everything to wash my hand, I ran during my lunch to buy Vanish and try to improve my clothes so I could go to the party at night, the water in the clothes got so dirty, clearly not it had been washed, I was very disappointed, I saved R$150 by renting there, instead of another store I went to and the clothes I tried were all clean and smelling of fabric softener and I could pick it up on the same day, they just sanitized it on the machine for a few minutes before , I bitterly regretted the choice. On the day I returned it by going to the store, I had the misfortune of breaking the plastic sword and they charged me R$30.00.
In my case, the "cheap" was very expensive, my psychological condition on the day was super shaken and I couldn't go looking for another outfit. I do not recommend!
