★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção, comprei uma bateria de marca América (Heliar), no dia 02/03/2022. Trabalho viajando ( fiquei 20) dias fora… essa semana ao retornar percebi que ao ligar o carro a bateria não dava partida. Acionei a loja e informei o problema… no o primeiro momento me informaram que iriam mandar alguém pra verificar…,mas passou um dia e não foram… ontem entrei em contato novamente e me falaram que iriam pegar a bateria pra pôr em recarga e me devolver hoje, mais uma vez não o fizeram.
Hoje liguei novamente e me fizeram esperar, repassando a ligação de pessoa em pessoa… até que uma Sra.. resolveu me atender e me informou que a garantia dessa bateria não tinha modalidade de visita técnica e que eu que deveria levar a bateria até eles pra avaliarem e fazerem uma possível troca. (Como eu poderia se estava sem carro), Perguntei o porque de não terem me informado isso a três dias atrás.!??♂️
Tive que fazer contato com outra loja para resolver o problema.

Disappointment, I bought an America brand battery (Heliar), on 03/02/2022. I work traveling (I was away for 20) days… this week when I returned I noticed that when I turned on the car the battery would not start. I called the store and reported the problem... at the first moment they informed me that they would send someone to check it..., but a day passed and they didn't... yesterday I got in touch again and they told me they would take the battery to recharge and return it to me today, once again they did not.
Today I called again and they made me wait, passing the call from person to person... until a lady decided to answer me and informed me that the warranty for this battery did not have a technical visit modality and that I should take the battery to them for evaluate and make a possible exchange. (How could I if I was without a car), I asked why they didn't tell me this three days ago.!??♂️
I had to contact another store to resolve the issue.
Terrible after-sales service from Start Batarias.
