??????: seu suporte fica muito afastado dificultando que o aluno se sinta seguro em fazer o exercido sozinho.
?????????: seu apoio invertido que a meu ver não faz o menor sentido já que não proporciona um apoio efetivo na hora de executar o exercício, seu assento principalmete nas extremidades dependendo da carga que o aluno adicionar pode causar muito desconforto para se executar o exercício.
•??????? ??? ????????: Pode causa acidentes pois seu apoio e curto para sustentar o peso correndo o risco do halteres cair no pé.
•????? ??????: A Barra que se tem disponível faz jus ao nome realmente a Barra tem Rosca, perde se muito tempo rosquiando o fixador e perde se tempo tirando o fixador, já que tem que ficar tirando o fixador como se fosse uma arruela de parafuso.
•???????: Todas não tem uma identificação de valor de peso de forma mais visível, facilitando de forma mais rápido que o aluno veja qual e o valor do peso na anilha.
?????? ???????? ??́?????: Não tem uma regulagem para que se tenha um conforto maior para executar o exercício.
Enfim minha opinião sobre o uso durante meus treinos nesta academia.

•????? ??????: The bar that is available lives up to its name, the bar actually has a thread, a lot of time is wasted threading the fastener and time is wasted removing the fastener, since you have to keep removing the fastener as if it were a screw washer .
•???????: All do not have a more visible identification of the weight value, making it easier for the student to see which is the weight value in the ring.
?????? ???????? ??́?????: There is no adjustment so that you have greater comfort to perform the exercise.
Finally my opinion about the use during my workouts at this gym.
