Único fator decepcionante, não tem lugar para visitantes, e o lado que fica o prédio não pode estacionar, sendo que sempre a CET está ali multando e guinchando veículos. Ótimos para moradores, péssimo para quem os visita como eu.
Great place to live. Clean and calm. Specific place for children. Place with good security.
Only disappointing factor, there is no place for visitors, and the side of the building cannot park, as CET is always there, fining and squealing vehicles. Great for locals, terrible for those who visit them like me.
