★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, tive que ir na loja duas vezes a internet caia final de semana pedia suporte não era atendido como deveria e ainda cobrava o valor da internet inteira, contando os dias que fiquei sem. E o pior que o dono safado ainda me ameaçou na porta da loja. Mas e de se esperar de gente dessa laia.

A internet é muito boa mais a atendente é péssima,. A estrela foi pelo atendimento de hj

Precisei de suporte uma vez , pegou fogo no poste avisei no msm dia vieram consertaram no msm dia , não cai e a velocidade que vem é superior a que está no contrato .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossível dar 5 estrelas. O atendimento é péssimo, temos que entrar várias vezes em contato e mesmo assim não somos respondidos , é bem estressante você chegar só serviço anoite cansado querendo assistir um Netflix , YouTube, etc e não consegui.
Permaneço sem internet e também sem uma satisfação deles.
Impossible to give 5 stars. The service is terrible, we have to get in touch several times and even then we are not answered, it is very stressful for you to arrive alone at night tired wanting to watch Netflix, YouTube, etc and I couldn't.

Isso quando funciona. Chega noite não consigo carregar nada, internet nao bate contradado, ai tecnico diz que e pq, rotiador não é compatível, mas não é comodato? Vocês que tem que trocar, Netflix so fica rodando, quando liga pra la mal atendida. E esse mal atendida e um elogio, pq quando era atendente Ângela, só Jesus, poço de ignorância, não sei como uma empresa contrata alguém daquele jeito. Cansada de pedir suporte.
