★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem, fiz o curso no ano de 2019, como eles não me deram o certificado impresso, perdi o certificado dentro do meu e-mail, pedi ao Sr Renne Mazza, que se pudesse me mandar outro agradeceria, porém o mesmo me relatou que o design deles não trabalhava mais com eles. Aí eu disse eu pago a segunda via, ele me disse não existe segunda via. O jeito foi vim aqui e depois no reclame aqui. Como um curso não pode emitir segunda via. Só existe um design no mundo, a empresa não fechou. Achei bem brusco o jeito dele tratar o aluno. Fui para o curso com indicação do meu professor. Mas infelizmente a administração deixou a desejar, curso de 250 reais de fim de semana eu não ter direito a uma segunda via? Como pode. Fiquei muito triste pois estava pensando em fazer mais cursos como eles.
Well, I took the course in 2019, as they didn't give me the printed certificate, I lost the certificate in my email, I asked Mr Renne Mazza, if he could send me another one, I would appreciate it, but he told me that the their design no longer worked with them. Then I said I pay the duplicate, he told me there is no duplicate. The way was I came here and then don't advertise here. As a course cannot issue a duplicate. There is only one design in the world, the company has not closed. I found his way of treating the student very abrupt. I went to the course with the recommendation of my teacher. But unfortunately the administration left something to be desired, a weekend course of 250 reais, I don't have the right to a duplicate? How can. I was very sad because I was thinking about taking more courses like them.
