Não adianta apenas investir em estrutura, produtos para comercialização, decoração do ambiente, etc, se o que mantém um estabelecimento de pé é o cliente. E se não houver um bom tratamento, um bom atendimento e prestação de serviço, evidentemente haverá perda de clientes e menos lucros para a empresa.
Acontece que no primeiro dia em que compareço ao bar, por conta de terceiros, sou obrigada a me retirar, sem nem sequer escutarem o relato do que havia ocorrido, e muito menos devolverem o valor que paguei para poder entrar. Fui tratada com grosseria por parte dos seguranças e principalmente, gerente.
Diante do ocorrido, infelizmente, nunca mais colocarei os meus pés no estabelecimento. E nunca o indicarei para ninguém, pois diante de um problema que possa surgir, como foi no meu caso, não quero que recebam o mesmo tratamento que recebi.

It's no use just investing in structure, products for sale, decoration of the environment, etc., if what keeps an establishment standing is the customer. And if there is no good treatment, good service and provision of service, there will obviously be a loss of customers and less profit for the company.
It turns out that on the first day I go to the bar, on behalf of third parties, I am forced to leave, without even hearing the report of what had happened, let alone returning the amount I paid to be able to enter. I was treated rudely by the security guards and especially the manager.
Faced with what happened, unfortunately, I will never set foot in the establishment again. And I will never recommend it to anyone, because in the face of a problem that may arise, as it was in my case, I don't want them to receive the same treatment I received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Músicas boas, mas o som parecia muito estourado, ar condicionado na parte de baixo bom porém só tinha um único banheiro feminino e masculino, o de cima estava interditado, fiquei imaginando se fosse um dia um pouco mais cheio, seria impossível usar o banheiro. Banheiro masculino com problema pra ter a luz acesa e banheiro feminino nem tranca e tem dois vasos numa ala só. Bebidas boas e comida ok. Pessoal gente boa, mas não voltaria, fomos embora cedo pra ir para outro lugar pois a acústica é terrível e ninguém estava aguentando.
