★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificil a ventilação, a sala tem 4 janelas só 2 ficam abertas , em tempos de pandemia , a aula que fiz foi de dança após as 20hs o ar condicionado desligado , não tem ventilador , precisam rever por questões de segurança para os frequentadores e profissionais
Ventilation is difficult, the room has 4 windows, only 2 are open, in times of pandemic, the class I did was dance after 8 pm the air conditioning is off, there is no fan, they need to review it for safety reasons for the regulars and professionals

Eu morria de dor na lombar, estava todo travado, e tinha mo preconceito sobre pilates por achar que era coisa de velho (sic..) e de gente fresca, mas acabei pagando com a língua. Comecei a fazer pilates ai e minha dores foram embora. Além do lugar ser top os profissionais são ótimo também ... Vale a pena
It is God in heaven and Starth Pilates on earth. I was dying of pain in my lower back, I was all stuck, and I was prejudiced against Pilates because I thought it was something for old people (sic..) and fresh people, but I ended up paying with my tongue. I started doing pilates there and my pains went away. Besides the place being top, the professionals are great too... It's worth it
