★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível o atendimento via Whatsapp. Você passa mais de uma hora tentando atendimento ao suporte técnico, e fim não consegue resolver nada. Liga para a central e nada! A fibra não funciona como devia. Darei somente uma estrela ao local.
 Horrible service via Whatsapp. You spend more than an hour trying to attend technical support, and in the end you can't solve anything. Call central and nothing! The fiber does not work as it should. I will give only one star to the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, não tem suporte para manutenção, quando da problema o cliente fica na mão sem conexão até quando eles puderem ir resolver. me deixou dois dias sem internet, me causou um grande transtorno já estou procurando outro provedor.
Horrible service, there is no support for maintenance, when there is a problem, the customer is left with no connection until they can go and solve it. left me two days without internet, it caused me a great inconvenience I'm already looking for another provider.
