★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antigo Colégio Estadual Landulfo Alves. Colégio muito bom, infelizmente extinto pelo governo de Rui Costa. Sem contar que no mesmo prédio também funcionava outro Colégio no 1°andar, Hamilton Lopes de Jesus.
Former State School Landulfo Alves. Very good college, unfortunately extinguished by the government of Rui Costa. Not to mention that in the same building there was also another College on the first floor, Hamilton Lopes de Jesus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma enorme área subutilizada. Essa antiga sede da Petrobras foi desapropriada em 2014 e o Governo tinha nos planos fazer uma enorme marina para 1,2 barcos! Algo assim iria requalificar a região, gerar emprego e renda. Quanto à escola desconheço. Poderia ser mantida com cursos de capacitação profissional voltados para aàrea náutica.
A huge underused area. This former Petrobras headquarters was expropriated in 2014 and the Government had plans to build a huge marina for 1.2 boats! Something like that would requalify the region, generate jobs and income. I don't know about the school. It could be maintained with professional training courses aimed at the nautical area.
