★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maior colégio da rede pública de ensino, na cidade. Conta com níveis fundamentais e médio. Bem centralizado, pois fica próximo tanto do centro quanto do hospital regional. No entanto, há muito terreno que poderia ser aproveitado, se assim houvesse investimento real. Possui duas entradas, uma na "Rua Professor Hilário de M. Rezende" e a outra numa esquina com a "Rua Quintino Bocaiúva", sendo apenas permitido a entrada no colégio pela última aqui citada. A segurança na região é feita pelos militares, o que, a partir do último ano, vem melhorando. Mas ainda há muitos quesitos a melhorar.
Largest public school in the city. It has basic and middle levels. Very centralized, as it is close to both the center and the regional hospital. However, there is a lot of ground that could be tapped if there were real investment. It has two entrances, one on "Rua Professor Hilário de M. Rezende" and the other on a corner with "Rua Quintino Bocaiúva", with only the entrance to the school permitted by the last one mentioned here. Security in the region is carried out by the military, which has improved since the last year. But there are still many issues to improve.
