★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao UPA de Marechal Hermes dia 30/03 as 2 da madrugada com minha filha passando mal com forte dores vi que 4 pessoas aguardando atendimento medico depois e de aguardar 30 min e vendo que ninguém era chamado então perguntei as pessoas que lá estavam se aguardavam há muito tempo pelo atendimento e disseram que sim quase 1 hora achei um absurdo já que se trata de uma emergência ,então fui olhar os consultórios estavam vazios não havia médicos neles e só apareceu uma medica quando reclamei,então ela começou a chamar os nomes de pessoas que já tinham ido embora por causa da demora,toda vez que ela chamava ia alguém dizer a ela que a pessoa tinha ido embora umas 5 pessoas, 6 comigo que também fui embora procurar atendimento em outro lugar no Pasteur no Meyer.Calculei que depois de reclamar o que esta no meu direito ,se minha filha teria um bom atendimento no UPA ,já que tive de tirar a médica de um possível sono.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou um dos contribuintes que necessita da medicação Formoterol 12 MCG + Budesonida 400 MCG retirada mensalmente na Rio Farmes. Essa medicação é de uso contínuo, para melhor qualidade de vida. Acontece que a última retirada da medicação foi em 10.06.2019 pois segundo informações a mesma esta em falta, ou seja ha 03 meses sou obrigado a comprar a medicação. Pergunto: a falta do remédio é falta de verba ou problema de gestão? Pois segundo o controle de estoque, tem um coisa chamada estoque de seguranca, que quando a matéria prima está nível minimo já da in-put para compra de novos materiais. Portanto se os competentes da Secretaria sabem quanto remédio é necessario e qual o prazo para repor a medicação deveriam quando chegasse no estoque mínimo da in-put em novas compras para que o paciente não sem a medicação. No aguardo de suas providencias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre reclamamos de setores públicos,porém aqui só tenho a agradecer o s atendimentos que obtive de excelência nos seguintes setores: Protocolo(RH), DAI na pessoa da Sra Fátima,setor de aposentadoria ,setor de Férias,setor de recepção incluindo os profissionais da vigilância. A agilidade dos profissionais ,atenção e carisma foi de 100%.
We always complain about public sectors, but here I can only thank you for the excellent service I received in the following sectors: Protocol (HR), DAI in the person of Mrs. Fátima, retirement sector, Vacation sector, reception sector including surveillance professionals . Passei pela Clínica de olhos Avenida rio Branco e a cirugia ontem. Obrigado SUS pela rapidez e eficiência de todo processo. Sou muito grata a todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei agora no IASERJ Maracanã e encontrei bastante organização, entretanto, não concordo com a "dança das cadeiras" para aguardar atendimento. Não é razoável que eu tenha de sentar nas mesmas cadeiras que outros pacientes sentaram minutos atrás, sem a devida higienização.
Se há entrega de número não precisa expor a todos nesse rodízio de senta levanta
