Sou de SP, trabalho com caminhão.
Estive no estado do CE em Janeiro, um agente da PRE me abordou, estava com um veiculo caminhão, segundo o agente da PRE me informou que caminhão acima de 6000 kg ( 6 toneladas ) não poderia transitar na CE 085 sem a AET nas rodovias estaduais. Questionei ao mesmo, mais como vou saber disso sendo que nem daqui eu sou, não tem placas de proibição, não tem placas informando sobre essa obrigatoriedade da AET. Questionei tambem o peso de meu caminhão. Meu caminhão estava vazio, sendo assim ele não ultrapassava o peso que o agente da PRE informou que necessitava da AET. Vazio meu caminhão pesa 4100 kg e com carga o PBT seria 8100 kg. Chegou a multa, vou recorrer, vou fazer minha defesa, entrar com um recurso e ver o que vai daria certo.
Policiais corruptos, querendo propina, se eu soubesse que qualquer R$ 5,00 poderia ser liberado teria pago. Não são todos, mais são sem futuro.

I was in the state of CE in January, a PRE agent approached me, I was with a truck vehicle, according to the PRE agent informed me that a truck above 6000 kg (6 tons) could not pass through CE 085 without AET on state highways . I asked the same question, but how will I know this, since I am not even here, there are no prohibition signs, no signs informing about this mandatory AET. I also questioned the weight of my truck. My truck was empty, so it did not exceed the weight that the PRE agent said he needed AET. Empty my truck weighs 4100 kg and with a load the PBT would be 8100 kg. The fine arrived, I will appeal, I will defend myself, file an appeal and see what will work.
Corrupt policemen, wanting bribes, if I knew that any R $ 5.00 could be released I would have paid. They are not all, but they are without a future.
