O prédio centenário abriga características de sua fundação e é, ainda hoje, responsável por acolher o maior número de estudantes da rede pública estadual de ensino da municipalidade, tendo seu público discente composto por alunos das áreas urbana e rural. Marca presente de seu passado são os também tradicionais Jogos Azul e Vermelho, competição anual que estimula o desenvolvimento dos alunos e movimenta a toda comunidade local.
The State School Professor Salatiel de Almeida is the most traditional educandario of the city of Muzambinho, located in the South region of the State of Minas Gerais. The centennial building houses characteristics of its foundation and is still, today, responsible for hosting the largest number of students in the public school system of the municipality, with its student audience composed of students from urban and rural areas. Present mark of his past are the also traditional Blue and Red Games, annual competition that stimulates the development of the students and moves to the whole local community.
