★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção total.. Fui o primeiro a montar a pasta um mês antes do lançamento.. Reservei o sétimo andar 45m2 que garantiam ser minha já. Quando cheguei no dia da inauguração as 8:00 da manhã para concretizar simplismente a construtora me passou para trás e vendeu todos os andares (melhores vagas antes mesmo da inauguração) até o valor q eu havia solicitado.. Assim só tendo os andares mais altos onde os preços subiam mais de 20.000$. Ou seja, passa os piores andares para inauguração. Por outro lado foi a melhor coisa, pois se fazem isso antes mesmo da assinatura de contrato eu imagino depois.
Total disappointment .. I was the first to assemble the folder a month before the launch .. I booked the seventh floor 45m2 which was guaranteed to be mine already. When I arrived at the opening day at 8:00 in the morning to put it simply, the construction company passed me by and sold all the floors (better vacancies even before the inauguration) up to the amount I had requested .. So only with the higher floors where prices went up more than $ 20,000. That is, it passes the worst floors for inauguration. On the other hand, it was the best thing, because if they do it even before signing a contract, I imagine it afterwards.
