★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teve um dia que fui tirar xerox de um livro e deu 33 páginas sendo 0,30 cada folha ..no final pedi que colocasse num saquinho ou até mesmo numa sacola há plástica...pois em outros lugares que tiro mais folhas eles colocam num invólucro/sacolinha plástica/saquinho tamanho ofício etc .. como forma de proteger as folhas de papel ...e naquele dia em especial estava aqui em BH chuva constante, direto e aí o rapaz me disse que não tinha , se quisesse teria de pagar 0,50 pelo envelope pardo ,aquele tamanho ofício..inacreditável....vc pagar por um serviço e não ter onde eles colocarem e sendo PAPEL , um documento não ter e ainda que se eu quisesse ter de pagar !! A questão é que todo estabelecimento é obrigado a colocar seus produtos , mercadorias embrulhados se este estabelecimento preza por clientes bem atendidos ele deveria agir assim ..mas como tratam as pessoas como BOIADA ..eles desprezam suas obrigações enquanto vendedores , lojistas , e desprezam os direitos dos seus consumidores...se tivesse tirado 1 ou 2 cópias até que "aceitaria " mas 33 cópias de uma livro que é meu trabalho..considero desleixo , desrespeito ..com um tempo chuvoso insuportável de aceitar ..o rapaz me disse que ao pagar poderia ver a sacola há no caixa ea mulher do caixa mewmpurrou pro banco isto é este disse: mas xerox nao tem sacola ...eu respondi que era quase um livro que tirei e ele hesitou mesmo assim daí me subiu o sangue e perguntei : cadê o gerente e me responderam que nao estava e eu disse : ah tá nessas horas não tem né gerente na loja ..sim entendii ..daí vi 3 homens do lado de fora e pensei um deles será o gerente ..sai perguntando qual deles seria e aí o que havia oferecido um lugar pra colocar minha sacola na hora de tirar o xerox era ele e falei que aquele tratamento do vendedor de dizer que xerox não tem sacola era inacreditável uma vez pela quantidade de cópias tiradas e pelo mal tempo ..e ele nem se manifestou ,ignorou eu disse que jamais voltaria ali e nem recomendaria...e isso estou aqui fazendo..preste atenção em como tratam vcs e busquem sempre seus direitos e lembre se tem atitudes que são óbvias que aquele lugar não merece seu dinheiro e nem desgastar sua preciosa energia ...
There was a day when I went to take a photocopy of a book and it gave 33 pages being 0.30 each sheet ..at the end I asked him to put it in a bag or even in a plastic bag...because in other places I take more sheets they put it in a wrapper/plastic bag/legal size bag etc... as a way to protect the sheets of paper... and on that particular day it was here in BH, constant rain, and then the guy told me he didn't have it, if he wanted to he would have to pay 0.50 for the brown envelope, that legal size..unbelievable....you pay for a service and you don't have a place to put it and being PAPER, you don't have a document and even if I wanted to have to pay !! The point is that every establishment is obliged to place its products, goods wrapped, if this establishment values well-attended customers, it should act like this ..but as they treat people like BOIADA ..they despise their obligations as sellers, shopkeepers, and despise the rights of its consumers...if I had taken 1 or 2 copies I would "accept" but 33 copies of a book that is my work..I consider it sloppy, disrespectful ..with an unbearable rainy weather to accept ..the boy told me that when paying I could see the bag in the cashier and the cashier's wife pushed me to the bank this is this one said: but xerox doesn't have a bag ... I replied that it was almost a book that I took out and he hesitated even so then my blood rose and I asked: where is the manager and they answered that he wasn't there and I said: oh it's at these times there is no manager in the store..yes I understand..then I saw 3 men outside and I thought one of them would be the manager..I asked which one would it be and then the one who had offered me a place to put my bag when it was time to take out the xerox was him and I said that the salesperson's treatment of saying that xerox doesn't have a bag was unbelievable once for the amount of copies taken and the bad weather ..and he he didn't even manifest, he ignored me I said I would never go back there and I wouldn't recommend it... and that's what I'm doing here.. pay attention to how they treat you and always seek your rights and remember if you have attitudes that are obvious that that place doesn't deserve your money and not waste your precious energy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja e papelaria com grande variedade ,bom atendimento e preço justo ,localizada no centro de Bh e que conta com mais uma filial nas proximidades .Difícil é não utilizar os estacionamentos pagos no entorno ,se vc for de carro.
Great store and stationery with a wide variety, good service and fair price, located in the center of Bh and which has another branch nearby. It is difficult not to use the paid parking spaces in the surroundings, if you go by car.
