Na data agendada, ao chegar na mecânica, informaram que não seria possível realizar a manutenção do carro, devido a problemas internos. Falta de compromisso com o cliente, não me avisaram antecipadamente, sendo que havia programado minha semana para ficar sem o carro. Informaram que não possuíam meu telefone e por isso não ligaram, em um serviço agendado por 1 semana no minimo deveria manter um cadastro do cliente para comunicar imprevistos. Repetindo, falta de compromisso com o cliente.
I had scheduled to take my car a week ago. On the scheduled date, when they arrived at the mechanics, they informed that it would not be possible to perform the maintenance of the car, due to internal problems. Lack of commitment to the customer, they did not warn me in advance, and I had scheduled my week to be without the car. They informed that they did not have my phone and that is why they did not call, in a service scheduled for 1 week at least I should keep a customer record to communicate unforeseen events. Again, lack of commitment to the customer.
