★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os quartos, a estrutura, o preço e a localização são excelentes, só fiquei desconfortável com a iluminação dos corredores que não possuem sensores de presença em todos os pontos e as vezes as luzes se apagam e a gente acaba se assustando.
The rooms, the structure, the price and the location are excellent, the only thing I was uncomfortable with was the lighting in the corridors, which do not have presence sensors at all points and sometimes the lights go out and we get scared.

Recomendo o Mirante Hotel (33)3312-2299 onde fui atendido extremamente bem e possui todo conforto experado para uma estadia.
I was not well attended by the Owner because even after telling the employee that I would return before 12 pm (daily end time) a negative situation was created where the result is that they lost me as a customer...
I recommend Mirante Hotel (33)3312-2299 where I was treated extremely well and has all the comfort expected for a stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser um hotel relativamente novo, é muito mal cuidado. A recepção das meninas foi maravilhosa, educadas, simpáticas, nada a queixar. O preço tbm é muito satisfatório. Mas encontrei o banheiro sujo, mal cheiroso e as roupas de camas com manchas (mal lavadas mesmo) após um dia, solicitei q fosse lavado o banheiro, pois o mesmo cheirava como banheiro público. Cheguei de noite no quarto e até cabelo ainda no ralo do banheiro tinha. Não solicitei mais nenhum serviço. O Box do banheiro é tbm muito sujo, falta de bucha e cloro em todo o banheiro e principalmente no vaso sanitário. Fiquei decepcionada e com bastante asco do banheiro.
Despite being a relatively new hotel, it is very poorly maintained. The reception of the girls was wonderful, polite, friendly, nothing to complain about. The price is also very satisfactory. But I found the bathroom dirty, smelly and the bedding with stains (barely washed) after a day, I asked that the bathroom be washed, because it smelled like a public bathroom. I arrived at the room at night and there was even hair in the bathroom drain. I have not requested any further services. The bathroom box is also very dirty, lack of loofah and chlorine throughout the bathroom and especially in the toilet. I was disappointed and quite disgusted with the bathroom.
