★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a compra de geradores de stemac ,alem do atendimento ser confuso, compramos um gerador de 38 mil ,que em 1 ano foi usado somente duas vezes ,mas ja apresentou defeito nas peças.
 I do not recommend the purchase of stemac generators, besides the service being confusing, we bought a 38 thousand generator, which in 1 year was used only twice, but already had defects in the parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento liguei 2 vezes com 2 pessoas diferentes e fui mal atendido pelas 2 incrível, sei que o dono/gerente da empresa as vezes nem saiba o que ocorreu mas se tiver um serviço que grava as conversas liguei ás 16:17 e 16:22 do dia 02/10 verifiquem o que seus funcionários falaram.

Bad service I called 2 times with 2 different people and was poorly attended by 2 amazing, I know the owner / manager of the company sometimes not even know what happened but if you have a service that records the conversations I called at 16:17 and 16:22 on 10/02 check what your employees said.
It seems they don't want to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei hoje 30/12 para falar com o vendedor Luiz, a telefonista Ângela aparentemente despreparada para exercer a função de atendente me atendeu com muito pouco caso dizendo que tem vários funcionários com o mesmo nome, como o vendedor não me passou nome completo informei o nome da minha empresa e a cidade para facilitar em sua busca, pedindo que ela procurasse pelo vendedor, ela se recusou e antes mesmo que eu terminasse de falar, desligou na minha cara. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaram o gerador sem placa de proteção contra choques e sem fechadura no quadro de comando do QTA, o que expõe moradores e funcionários a risco grave. Já pedi diversas vezes, mas até agora a empresa não instalou os itens faltantes.
They installed the generator without a locking and non-locking plate on the QTA's control panel, exposing residents and employees to severe risk. I've asked several times, but so far the company has not installed the missing items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um gerador stemac de 125 kva, estamos precisando fazer a revisão simples de troca de oleo e filtro, o atendimento da equipe de serviços e peças é muito ruim! é uma molecada que não sabe conversar e mentem, porque contratamos uma revisão de R$ 2162,85 onde R$ 1760,00 é mão de obra, isso em 11/01/2019 até hoje não foi executado porque a empresa não tem filtro e oleo no estoque e a previsão é de 60 dias!!! você liga lá, ninguem resolve nada , te passam para atendentes uma pior que a outra só pra te cansar . É um absurdo! se soubéssemos não teríamos comprado... muito ruim, muito stress... não recomendo.

AGREKKO / GENERAC.... ou qualquer outra empresa a STEMAC, está sob intervenção JUDICIAL, corre o risco de vocês não receberem !!!!
PÓS VENDA,, NÃO FUNCIONA!!!! NUNCA MAIS COMPRAREMOS NA STEMAC!!! MESMO QUE ME DEEM RETORNO HOJE, NÃO RETORNAM EMAIL... MESMO A SUPERVISÃO!!!
