Sempre demoram meses para responder uma simples solicitação, avisam que o "setor responsável" foi notificado novamente, e que dependendo do assunto, poderia levar um tempo. Sempre respondem com essa mensagem automática. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Horrible experience. For companies that want to hire Stericycle's service, I don't recommend it. They always take months to respond to a simple request, they warn that the "responsible sector" has been notified again, and that depending on the subject, it could take a while. They always respond with this automatic message. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
