★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com péssima assistência ao cliente, telefones não atendem, o numero disponibilizado no site 3003 5300 (para todo Brasil) demora dias para atender e quando atende o call center informa que alguém irá retornar e nunca retorna. Estou ha meses tentando falar sobre alteração no contrato em vão . Os celulares disponibilizados pela gestão de contrato também são ignorados.
Company with bad customer service, phones do not answer, the number available on the website 3003 5300 (for all Brazil) takes days to answer and when it answers the call center informs that someone will return and never returns. I have been trying to talk about changing the contract in vain for months. Cell phones made available by contract management are also ignored.
