O café era melhor se eu tivesse ido na padaria, e o bolo idem, isso que eu fui cedo, imaginem próximo do fim de expediente.
I went with a good expectation, but the reality was different, the service leaves much to be desired.
The coffee was better if I had gone to the bakery, and the cake ditto, that I went early, imagine near the end of the working day.

Duas funcionárias, um casal na loja e eu tentando ajeitar um lugar limpo para sentar. Não tinha, sentei em uma mesa suja e troquei apenas o apoio por um limpo. Chegou o café e o pão de queijo, a moça serviu e não se deu trabalho de limpar. É muito relaxo! Eu reclamei quando fui pagar e ouvi só estamos em 2 funcionárias aqui, não temos como dar conta. Saíram vários clientes agora e não deu tempo de limpar. E o cliente com isso ?
The products are of great quality but there is no management, imagine you arrive in the room and all the tables are dirty! Two employees, a couple in the store and me trying to get a clean place to sit. I didn't have one, I sat down at a dirty table and just changed the support for a clean one. The coffee and cheese bread arrived, the girl served it and did not bother to clean it. It's very relaxed! I complained when I went to pay and I heard we only have 2 employees here, we can't handle it. Several customers have left now and there was no time to clean. And the customer with this?
