E as pessoas que sentaram próximo de mim também tiveram problema com o pedido, então imagino que seja algo recorrente. Uma vergonha um local tão bom como o Teatro Santander ser servido por um café tão ruim .
Terrible! 20 minutes to make two espressos! The employee simply forgot! And the people who sat next to me also had a problem with the order, so I guess it's something recurrent. A shame for a place as good as Teatro Santander to be served by such a bad cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É o pior atendimento que já vi. Os funcionários fingem que não te vê, 11:50 ainda não tem almoço, quando tem, é de 40 a 50 minutos o prato, e tudo extremamente caro.
It's the worst service I've ever seen. The employees pretend they don't see you, at 11:50 they still don't have lunch, when they do, it takes 40 to 50 minutes for the dish, and everything is extremely expensive.

Quando a conta chegou, foi tratado como senão tivesse tido nenhum erro, preço cheio cobrado. Infelizmente, nem eu e nem quem estava na mesa voltamos mais. Atendimento e tato com o cliente e contorno de problemas precisa ser aprendido.
I just had lunch, the order was made wrong, as I am at an event, I had to eat in less than 15 minutes. When the bill arrived it was treated as if there had been no error, full price charged. Unfortunately, neither I nor whoever was at the table came back anymore. Customer service and tact and problem solving needs to be learned.

Comemos pastel assado de carne, lanche natural de salpicão de frango e café entanto esperávamos para entrar no teatro.
