★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida e atendimento muito bons. Na hora de realizar o pagamento fica um pouco enrolado, já que o caixa, a passagem dos funcionários e a entrada se comunicam.
 Food and service very good. When making the payment, it gets a little tangled up, since the cashier, the employees' passage and the entrance communicate with each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito, atendimento simpático, ganhei uma aula sobre a diferença entre cartão de débito & voucher. Mas continuo entendendo que dá no mesmo! Ah e não aceitam Sodexo. Aliás quem aceita?!???♀️ Belas tortas e doces. Fiquei só no expresso pq, moito bão e carinho. Voltarei. A propósito, não acham estranho o Spoleto não servir café? Eu acho decepcionante!
Beautiful, friendly service, I got a class on the difference between debit card & voucher. But I still understand that it's the same! Oh and they don't accept Sodexo. By the way, who accepts?!???♀️ Beautiful pies and sweets. I was just on the express pq, moito bão and affection. I will come back. By the way, don't you think it's strange that Spoleto doesn't serve coffee? I find it disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 2 de março as 13hs pedimos parmegianas de frango. Carne durissíma, sem gosto, pouco queijo e alface manchada. Comida cara e ruim. O visual bem apresentado nos atraiu mas deviamos ter comido no Spoleto ao lado que estava bem cheio enquanto o Sterna estava bem vazio. Que decepção!
Today March 2 at 13 pm we order chicken parmigianas. Tough meat, tasteless, little cheese and stained lettuce. Expensive and bad food. The well presented visuals appealed to us but we should have eaten at the Spoleto next door which was pretty full while the Sterna was pretty empty. What a disappointment!

They have coffee that I have never tasted before in the menu, I ordered a strawberry frappucino and my girlfriend ice latte, both were so good. When we tried to connect to the internet to call an uber, we were unable to do it because we were not getting the Wifi code through text message, so the staff helped us and added their local other network password on my mobile phone.
Great staff, great experience, recommending this place.
