★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semana passada precisei mandar manipular um remédio para minha esposa, fui a farmácia de manipulação que sempre fui acostumado a ir, não fui bem tratado, o orçamento do remédio foi absurdamente caro então decidi procurar outra farmácia, como essa fica na rua em que moro sempre passei em frente e tinha curiosidade de experimentar seus serviços, entrei no estabelecimento e logo de cara fui muito bem atendido, manipularam o remédio no mesmo dia e o preço foi bem mais em conta.
 Last week I had to send some medicine to my wife, I went to the handling pharmacy that I was always used to going to, I was not treated well, the medicine's budget was absurdly expensive so I decided to look for another pharmacy, as this one is on the street where I always live I passed by and was curious to try their services, I entered the establishment and right away I was very well attended, they handled the medicine on the same day and the price was much more affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprometimento zero! Fiz um medicamentos com eles e eles já me deram 3 datas para entrega e nenhuma das vezes a data foi cumprida! Estou aguardando até agora e nada. Não recomendo.
Zero commitment! I made a medication with them and they have already given me 3 delivery dates and none of the times has been met! I am waiting until now and nothing. I do not recommend.

Fiz a encomenda de um produto e solicitei serviço deles de entrega, marcaram para as 16 hs...liguei p perguntar era 17:40 se iriam entregar o remédio no dia marcado, atendente falou q portador saiu p entrega a loja estava fechando e salvaria meu contato p saber se o portador havia entregue, estou esperando até agora ela me chamar no WhatsApp....o portador q estava marcado para as 16 hs, chegou agora 19:15 hs. Eu estava no banho e precisei da ajuda dos familiares p receber o produto, que quase digitou a senha do cartão errada, bloqueando meu cartão. Resumo da história: Atendimento péssimo, serviço
I had manipulated it before! But I do not recommend the service. I placed an order for a product and requested their delivery service, they made an appointment for 4 pm ... I called to ask it was 17:40 if they were going to deliver the medicine on the scheduled day, the attendant said that the carrier left for delivery and the store was closing and saving my contact p to know if the carrier had delivered, I am waiting until now for her to call me on WhatsApp .... the carrier q was scheduled for 4 pm, now arrived 7:15 pm. I was in the shower and I needed help from family members to receive the product, which almost typed the wrong card password, blocking my card. Story summary: Lousy service, service

A equipe a partir do momento que começou a conversar comigo no meu atendimento educados passaram o orçamento aprovei Fiz transferência no outro dia na parte da tarde meu produto já estava na portaria.
I really enjoyed the service. They bought with the deadline in less than 24 hours I received my products handled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi muito ruim.25/6/2021 às.9:12 horas, liguei e ninguém atende. Depois enviei whatsapp e demora.para.responder. Qdo respondeu queria ainda a confirmaçao do endereço. E já tinha comprado antes lá. Depois foi me entregar só às 17 horas. E ainda tinha perguntado se iria me entregar lá pelas 15 e pco. E a atendente não respondia e ainda mentiu falando q iria enviar por Uber ...e o combinado era por motoboy e eu iria pagar qdo chegasse. Ela falou isso pq queria q pagasse pelo link da internet. Depois de 5 min o motoboy chega. Era TUDO MENTIRA. Da outra vez tbm ela demorou de propósito para me entregar. Tudo uma palhaçada. Falta de respeito com o cliente. E ainda paguei 40 reais o que não é barato ...
