★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem eu recebi o tecnico da Still ( 16:10hs) para resolver um problema no portao da garagem.
O mesmo corrigiu o defeito e, me disse que qualquer problema que acontecesse no reparo que ele fez que era pra contatar a empresa para resolver o problema.
Qual foi a minha surpresa 15 minutos após o serviço, o portao travou novamente dessa vez fechado, ficando todos da familia pra fora.
Liguei em seguida e nao fui atendido, como é final de semana só abre na segunda feira
Fatos como esse seriam facilmente resolvidos se trabalhassem em sistema de PLANTÃO, aí esse problema seria resolvido.
Fica aqui registrado minha queixa.
Yesterday I received the technician from Still (4:10 pm) to solve a problem with the garage door.
He corrected the defect and told me that any problem that happened in the repair he made, I had to contact the company to solve the problem.
What was my surprise 15 minutes after the service, the gate locked again this time closed, leaving everyone in the family out.
I called right away and got no answer, as it is the weekend it only opens on Monday
Facts like this would be easily solved if they worked in a ON-LOAD system, then this problem would be solved.
Here is my complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa nada profissional. Demoram pra mandar técnicos e ainda colocam a culpa nos clientes e mandam procurar outra empresa pra resolver o problema. Se é pra procurar outra empresa pra resolver o problema eu recomendo aos clientes em potencial que já procurem outra empresa antes de fechar com eles, já que eles mesmos recomendam essa pratica.
Unprofessional company. They take time to send technicians and still blame the customers and send them to look for another company to solve the problem. If it is to look for another company to solve the problem, I recommend to potential clients that they already look for another company before closing with them, as they themselves recommend this practice.
