★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito pequeno, o fundo é muito exposto. Tem uns prediozinhos que ficam no fundo que tiram completamente sua privacidade. E ao lado tem um prédio q fazem muito barulho nas varandas:- é música, conversa e cachorro latindo. Fora a piscina que aí é gritaria mesmo.
