★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci esta loja através de uma indicação, e afirmo com toda certeza que foi um dos piores negócios que já fiz em toda minha vida, o atendimento pré-venda até o pagamento foi maravilhoso, agora em relação a entrega e qualidade do que foi entregue foi horrível.
1. Não cumpriu o prazo de entrega, fiz o gabinete da pia de cozinha, o móvel, "se é que se pode chamar o que me foi entregue de móvel", foi feito em minha residência e não na marcenaria, levando a erros de medida, instalação e refação do trabalho.
2. O montador não tem o menor cuidado ou respeito por nada, lascou a pedra da pia que tinha sido instalada 10 dias antes, pingou um tipo de cola em cima da pedra que não sai de maneira alguma. toda a furação de gavetas e portas está errada, é visível que foram feitos furos mais de uma vez no mesmo lugar para tentar "arrumar" a instalação mal feita.
AMADORISMO TOTAL.
Estou extremamente descontente com o que me foi entregue, contratei um serviço de marcenaria esperando um móvel, planejado, personalizado e ágil para uso no dia a dia. Mas é visível que compromisso com o cliente e zelo pelo trabalho não são coisas importantes para essa empresa.
Seguem as fotos de todos os erros e estragos cometidos.
Acabamento das portas tortos e com cola aparente para fora;
Portas das gavetas foi colocado uma espécie de gesso ou massa de correr que deixou um aspecto horroroso e com vãos que é possível ver do outro lado;
Prateleira com o apoio torto, totalmente fora de prumo;
Enfim descaso total com cliente

2. The assembler has no care or respect for anything, chipped the stone of the sink that had been installed 10 days earlier, dripped a type of glue on top of the stone that doesn't come off at all. all the holes in drawers and doors are wrong, it is visible that holes were drilled more than once in the same place to try to "fix" the poorly done installation.
TOTAL AMATEURISM.
I am extremely unhappy with what was delivered to me, I hired a carpentry service expecting a planned, personalized and agile piece of furniture for daily use. But it is clear that commitment to the client and zeal for work are not important things for this company.
