★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei carérrimo uma progressiva, e em duas lavagens o cabelo voltou ao normal (cacheou). Fiz banho de gel nas unhas e além de o produto ser péssimo e não segurar na unha, ainda enfraqueceram a unha, ficou dolorido por 2 semanas, e ainda causou micose. Não volto é nunca!
I paid carérrimo progressive, and two washes hair returned to normal (cacheou). I did a gel bath on my nails and besides the product was terrible and didn't hold on to the nail, it still weakened the nail, it was painful for 2 weeks, and it also caused ringworm. There is never back!

Fiz um procedimento de luzes no final de dezembro, fiquei 3 horas com a água oxigenada no meu cabelo, o rapaz toda hora ia perguntar algo pra proprietária, chamou ela porém a mesma estava ocupada e o mesmo disse "depois não diga que eu avisei" meu cabelo ficou todo mastigado da metade pra baixo. O descolorante começou a sair do papel alumínio, manchou minha calça toda e minha blusa. Estava querendo ver o procedimento de lavagem através do reflexo do celular e o rapaz perguntou se eu não queria pedir pra alguém filmar.
Falta de profissionalismo e bom senso.

I did a lighting procedure at the end of December, I spent 3 hours with the hydrogen peroxide in my hair, the guy was always going to ask the owner something, he called her but she was busy and he said "don't say I told you so later" my hair was all chewed up from halfway down. The bleach started coming out of the foil, stained all of my pants and shirt. I was wanting to see the washing procedure through the cell's reflection and the guy asked if I wanted to ask someone to film it.
Lack of professionalism and common sense.
