★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito triste e indignada,fui fazer minha sobrancelha hoje tava tudo bem tudo bom,até a moça fazer a Henna quando me deparei com situação que ficou horrível a recepcionista estava apressando ela sendo que não havia nem 3 minutos com a Henna. Enfim,minha sobrancelha não pegou a Henna e ficou toda torta! Paguei o olho da cara pra um serviço mal feito!
Very sad and indignant, I went to make my eyebrow today everything was fine, all right, until the girl did Henna when I came across a situation that was horrible the receptionist was rushing her since there was not even 3 minutes with Henna. Anyway, my eyebrow didn't catch Henna and it was all crooked! I paid the price for a poor job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido por um rapaz jovem, aparentemente com pouquíssima experiência em cortar cabelo, resumindo o corte ficou horrível e tive esperar meu cabelo crescer e ir em outro cabeleireiro pra arrumar, esperava um atendimento melhor pelo preço que é cobrado, nunca mais volto.
I was attended by a young man, apparently with very little experience in cutting hair, summing up the cut was horrible and I had to wait for my hair to grow and go to another hairdresser to clean it, I expected a better service for the price that is charged, never to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro esse salão, gosto do trabalho da cabeleireira Leila, da Regina, do Renner já fiz progressiva e coloração com os três. De manicures a Vivi, a Silmara e a Fernanda são excelentes. O salão é seguro, limpo e espaçoso. Bem agradável.
I love this salon, I like the work of the hairdresser Leila, Regina, Renner and I've done progressive and coloring with the three. From manicurists to Vivi, Silmara and Fernanda are excellent. The lounge is safe, clean and spacious. Very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui em um determinado dia, e fui muito bem atendida pela funcionária Priscila que é super simpática, entao resolvi marcar um horário para a semana seguinte, quando cheguei no salão ele estava fechado, entao me enformaram que tinha faltado energia no shopping e como não tinha previsão do horário que iria voltar, algumas lojas preferiram fechar.
O problema é que, eu agendei para as 8:00hs, faltou energia as 16:00, entao se decidiram por algum motivo encerrar as atividades do dia, deveriam ter no mínimo ligado para os clientes para informar e reagendar um horário.
Considero um absurdo ninguém informar nada e não dar nenhuma satisfação.
I went on a certain day, and I was very well attended by the employee Priscila who is super friendly, so I decided to make an appointment for the next week, when I arrived at the salon it was closed, so I was informed that there was a lack of energy in the mall and as there was no forecast of the time that he would return, some stores preferred to close.
The problem is that, I scheduled it at 8:00 am, there was no power at 4:00 pm, so if they decided for some reason to end the day's activities, they should have at least called the customers to inform and reschedule an appointment.
I consider it absurd for anyone to report anything and not give any satisfaction.

I was at the salon yesterday and I rate it like this: BAD pedicure, Very Satisfied manicure, Satisfied eyebrow designer, Customer service: SATISFIED reception.
