O dia da cirurgia foi dentro do esperado, mas quando retornei para retirada dos pontos, achei o serviço totalmente bruto, o veterinário não tem auxiliares e o próprio dono precisa conter o animal para o procedimento, enquanto o veterinário cutucava a barriga da gata, chegando a fazer o corte que já estava seco, sangrar, de tão bruta que foi a remoção dos pontos. Nem o cuidado de passar um medicamento para limpar ele teve, nós que precisamos pedir.

The day of the surgery was as expected, but when I returned to remove the stitches, I found the service totally gross, the veterinarian has no assistants and the owner himself needs to contain the animal for the procedure, while the veterinarian poked the cat's belly, arriving to make the cut that was already dry, bleeding, so brutal was the removal of the stitches. He didn't even take the care of passing a medicine to clean it, we need to ask.

Zero consideração, atenção e cuidado com os animais e muito menos com o cliente. Levei meu cachorro fazer uma tosa ontem quando busquei e coloquei ele no chão de casa estava jorrando sangue da patinha dele, cortaram duas unhas na carne e não parava de sangrar, ninguém me comunicou do acontecido, não se importaram em prestar um pós atendimento, levei ele de volta mostrando como estava, ninguém deu muita atenção, passaram um remédio para parar o sangue e só!
Ele está sentindo dor até agora, está se encolhendo, não está deixando eu pegar ele no colo para não tocar na patinha que machucaram.
PÉSIMO PÉSIMO, não levo nunca mais!!!!!
Terrible place, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS!!
Zero consideration, attention and care for the animals, let alone the customer. I took my dog for a grooming yesterday when I picked him up and put him on the floor of the house, blood was spurting from his paw, they cut two nails in the flesh and it wouldn't stop bleeding, no one told me what happened, they didn't care to provide after care, I took him back showing how he was, no one paid much attention, they gave him a medicine to stop the blood and that's it!
He's been in pain until now, he's cringing, he's not letting me hold him so he doesn't touch the little paw they hurt.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, I will never take it again!!!!!

It is the best pet shop in the region. The attendants are super friendly and helpful, the price is fair and they are very careful with the little animals, which come out beautiful and fragrant from the bath and grooming. We've been to the vets and they are great too! I recommend!
