★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, Solicitei uma orçamento, pediram para eu enviar fotos pelo Whatsapp depois não me retornaram e nem respondem minhas mensagens. Então liguei e o atendente fez parecer que estava fazendo favor pra mim, foi muito arrogante falou que assim que desse passavam o orçamento. Estou a dois dias aguardando, nem minhas mensagens responderam.
I asked for a quote, they asked me to send photos through Whatsapp, and then they did not return or reply to my messages. So I called and the attendant made it seem like he was doing me a favor, it was very arrogant he said that as soon as he gave, they passed the budget. I've been waiting for two days, and my messages have not responded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um armário multiuso, atrasou a entrega dois dias e quando entregou largaram na portaria do prédio, e eu tive que subir e montar as prateleiras, sendo que na venda falaram que me entregariam montada. Não recomendo jamais... só problemas
I bought a multipurpose cabinet, it delayed delivery two days and when it was delivered they dropped it off at the building's entrance, and I had to go up and assemble the shelves, and at the sale they said they would deliver it assembled. I never recommend ... just problems

Péssimo atendimento.
Procurava um bule de café.
Acho que era a proprietária, me respondeu grosseiramente que não tinha.
Como não precisava somente do bule, resolvi entrar pois parecia produtos agradáveis ali.
Ouvi de longe um comentário desnecessário:
dizendo " Eles não acreditam que não tem bule".
Mesmo não tendo bule eu poderia me interessar por outro produto.
Trabalhei com vendas por muito tempo.
Temos que dar valor a todos os clientes que entram em nosso estabelecimento.
Mesmo os que não compram na hora, eles podem voltar em um melhor momento.
Atendimento é 80% de uma venda bem feita.
Parecia que não me queriam ali vendo os produtos.
Lamentável.
Não recomendo.

I was looking for a pot of coffee.
I think it was the owner, she replied rudely that she didn't have it.
As I didn't just need the teapot, I decided to go in because it looked like nice products there.
I heard from afar an unnecessary comment:
saying "They don't believe there's no teapot".
Even though I don't have a teapot, I could be interested in another product.
I worked in sales for a long time.
We have to value every customer who enters our establishment.
Even those who don't buy on time, they can come back at a better time.
Customer service is 80% of a successful sale.
It looked like they didn't want me there to see the products.
Unfortunate.
I do not recommend.
