It was the third place I took my puppy to be groomed. The other two failed. The stop dog groomer with its excellent professionalism groomed Bob with the greatest tranquility, and he was beautiful and stress free.

Recentemente ele foi submetido a cirurgia de castração e hérnia e permaneceu com a roupa cirúrgica por 16 dias, acarretando infelizmente na embolação severa do pelo. Não tínhamos ninguém para sugerir uma tosa antes da cirurgia, de modo a minimizar os efeitos da roupa cirúrgica. Enfim, a Ilza, responsável pela tosa, tentou de todas as formas utilizar a máquina no menor número possível, iniciando pela 7 e tendo que mudar para a 10. O cachorro, da raça shih Tzu, está parecendo um rato desnutrido, mas sabemos que essa era a melhor solução. Fica à dica! Bem, sobre a Ilza foi a primeira vez de muitas que virão! Ela é muito atenciosa e realmente conhece do que faz. Soube depois de tudo que é professora, juíza, o que veio a ratificar a nossa conclusão sobre o trabalho que foi realizado. A loja tem diversas rações e produtos que pelo que observei podem ser entregues em casa. Hoje foi demorado em razão do tipo de serviço, mas, realizado a contento. O Marcos com quem falei ao telefone é muito atencioso. Parece-me que eles possuem pacotes para banho e tosa. Não fizemos porque não somos de Teresópolis. Permaneceremos aqui por mais alguns dias, mas, não fosse isso, seguramente seria uma opção. Estando aqui em Teresópolis e precisando de banho e tosa, será o Stop Dog a minha opção mais certa! Super recomendo e lembre-se que a primeira impressão é a que fica!!!
Today was the first time I took my dog to bathe and groom. He recently underwent castration and hernia surgery and remained in surgical clothing for 16 days, unfortunately resulting in severe hair embolization. We had no one to suggest a grooming before surgery, in order to minimize the effects of surgical clothing. Anyway, Ilza, responsible for the grooming, tried in every way to use the machine in the fewest possible number, starting at 7 and having to change to 10. The dog, of the Shih Tzu breed, is looking like a malnourished rat, but we know that that was the best solution. Stay tuned! Well, Ilza was the first time of many to come! She is very attentive and really knows what she does. I learned after everything that is a teacher, a judge, what came to ratify our conclusion about the work that was done. The store has several rations and products that, from what I observed, can be delivered at home. Today it took a long time due to the type of service, but it was done satisfactorily. Marcos I spoke to on the phone is very attentive. It seems to me that they have packages for bathing and grooming. We didn't do it because we are not from Teresópolis. We will remain here for a few more days, but if it were not for that, it would certainly be an option. Being here in Teresópolis and needing a bath and grooming, the Stop Dog will be my most certain option! I highly recommend it and remember that the first impression is what remains !!!
