Quando é pedido um orçamento de troca de óleo de câmbio, por exemplo, a pessoa responsavel nunca está no local e, mesmo deixando os dados para contato, o retorno nao é feito pela prestadora. As vezes a troca de oleo comum é rapida e isso independe do movimento de carros à espera.
The system and customer registration are inefficient. When a quote for an exchange oil change is requested, for example, the responsible person is never on site and, even leaving the contact details, the return is not made by the provider. Sometimes the change of common oil is quick and this does not depend on the movement of waiting cars.
